The Aqua Pro Steamer lifts and sanitizes without harsh cleaners, and the ClearView Inline DI Resin Filter catches the minerals that leave those spots behind, so you get a clean, streak-free result every time.
The Aqua Pro Steamer is a commercial-grade steam cleaner built for detailing work and home use alike. Dial the steam intensity up or down to match the job, then switch attachments to handle everything from delicate spots to caked-on grime. Use it inside and out on cars, trucks, and boats. It lifts road oil off front grills, breaks down grease and buildup on door jams, and cleans windows with no smears or streaks left behind. It's a safe way to cut through grime and brake dust on rims. On interiors, it refreshes vinyl seats, loosens dirt from carpets and floor mats, and clears dust and debris from door panels and the center console. Steam alone eliminates bacteria, mold, mildew, fungus, germs, dust mites, and allergens; no cleaning products are required.
Pair it with the ClearView Inline Filter for the final rinse and skip the spots entirely. It catches minerals before they reach your surfaces, giving you a streak-free shine without the extra scrubbing. Just screw it in, rinse down, and let the air do the drying for you.
Please note: Use only distilled or purified water in the steamer to prevent calcium build-up. Monthly cleaning is recommended for a longer machine life. Not for use on delicate or heat-sensitive fabrics, unsealed wood trim, or leather. Always spot test before using on vinyl, rubber trim, and plastic surfaces.

Domestic Shipping
Most items are shipped via FedEx Ground from our Mayfield, KY warehouse. Smaller items and parts ship via USPS. Items usually ship the same day if the order is placed before 1:00 pm (Eastern). Orders placed after this time will typically ship the following business day.
Once your item has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
International Shipping
We do not accept any orders shipped to an International or APO address. However, there are a number of freight forwarders in the US that you could ship to, and they in turn would ship to you.

NOTE: We are now accepting and ship orders to Canada (Please note, there is an extra fee of $110, which you will see in the shopping cart once you add your shipping address).
In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, or is missing parts, please email service@aquaprovac.com within 7 days of receipt with a description and photos of the damage. Unfortunately, packages can be damaged during the shipping process after leaving the warehouse. If your order arrives at your door damaged, broken or defective, we will either replace the broken parts, if possible, or ship out a new one at our discretion and completely at our expense. Please be sure to inspect your item(s) for concealed damage even if you do not plan on using it immediately and always keep all packaging until you are satisfied with your item.
Please DO NOT refuse any shipments as this limits our options in getting you a perfect item. Requests for replacement parts will be processed as quickly as possible but expect them to take 1 week to be received. Please email service@aquaprovac.com with your needs.
We are confident that you will be happy with your Aqua Pro Vac purchase. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return it to our warehouse within 30 days of the shipment receipt for an exchange or a refund of the full purchase price. Please note the following conditions:
All returned merchandise must be new (never been used) and in its original box with all the packing materials, manuals, and registration cards intact. We will not accept dirty, broken, or used products or any items in non-standard packaging. Please use transparent packing tape when resealing the box.
Enclose your order/invoice number and/or a copy of your e-mail confirmation with your return along with a memo explaining the reason for return.
Insure your item with the carrier and send the tracking number to service@aquaprovac.com once it ships.
Once we receive the machine back and have inspected it, we will issue a refund of any products you return that meet the above conditions within 3 days of receipt in our warehouse.
NOTE: You are liable for shipping both ways if you decide to return these products. Even though on our website we offer Free Shipping, there is no such thing as free shipping, we build the shipping into the price. If you want to return, we will work out the exact shipping costs accrued to ship the equipment out to you and deduct this from the refund. You are also responsible for paying the shipping back to us of the returned items. There is also a 20% Restocking Fee for returned merchandise.
